Hello and welcome to 4:30PM and to our new website.

We are a new English speaking company, based in Bulgaria that specialises in delivering Integration and Mobile Applications for the Healthcare IT sector.

Despite being a new business, we’re already working for the NHS in the U.K. delivering integration support. We have mobile applications that can run on a multitude of devices, including the iPad, iPhone and Blackberry, Casio and Samsung devices.

Over the coming weeks and months we will be telling you more about the company, the people and healthcare IT services that we are providing.
